I have been receiving calls for months now from this number, as well as area code 661. I live in Canada and 661 is in California! An automated recording from both 450 and 661, pretending to be from Visa Security Department, starts by saying that there are two suspicious charges on my card (I don't have to listen to the rest before I hang up). This is a RED FLAG as I can always verify with my bank. I also do online banking on a regular basis to verify what charges went through and make payments.
